Cafe Between is an all-day cafe located in the burgeoning Gulch neighborhood that features a full-service restaurant, grab-and-go, and a cocktail bar. Located at the Caption by Hyatt Nashville Downtown hotel, the cafe buzzes with energy between morning, noon, and night.

Cafe Between is the time between meals and between conversations, or between musical transitions. We cover all the times between breakfast, lunch and dinner...and all the in betweens!

It is a dynamic meeting point—where work transitions into relaxation, a night out leads back home, or the early morning coffee ritual takes shape. Throughout the day, Cafe Between adapts to the rhythm of its guests, serving everything from a refreshing matcha latte at 6 AM to a classic Negroni at 5:30 PM.
